Gilshenan & Luton is a boutique legal practice specialising in criminal law and the defence of misconduct allegations.
The firm is headed by partners Glen Cranny and Adrian Braithwaite, both of whom are accredited specialists in the area of criminal law. Assisting the partners is a team of experienced lawyers, paralegals and support staff, all of whom have trained and work exclusively in the criminal law field. We maintain close relationships with other specialist firms to ensure our clients have access to other areas of expertise as they require.
The philosophy of Gilshenan & Luton is to obtain the best possible result for each client whilst providing a superior level of customer service. Our aim is to help each client through what is usually a frightening and traumatic period in their lives. We achieve our superior results through a combination of hard work, specialist knowledge in the criminal law area, and the intelligent use of current technology.
An important part of our approach is to minimise unwanted publicity for our clients. For some decades now, the firm has been continually involved in high-profile cases throughout Queensland. We do not seek to raise our public profile at the expense of our clients though. As a rule, we don’t do media interviews or press conferences about our cases. We see discretion and confidentiality as fundamental aspects of our professional work.
