Harold joined Gilshenan & Luton in 2021.

Harold graduated in 2016 and then worked as a Judge’s Associate in the District Court. There he gained experience in both the criminal and civil jurisdictions including:

  • criminal trials;
  • pre-trial applications;
  • sentences; and

He also worked in a number of regional Courts around Queensland while on circuit.

Prior to joining Gilshenan & Luton, Harold practised in a workplace team at a commercial firm acting for employers in employment litigation and safety prosecutions.

Whilst Harold acts in a range of criminal and professional misconduct matters, given his previous experience he is particularly well placed to act in matters involving allegations of white collar crime.

Outside of law, Harold enjoys playing and watching a number of sports (particularly rugby league and golf).
