Maddison was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in September 2025. She joined Gilshenan & Luton in 2026 as part of the firm’s inaugural Graduate Program.

Prior to joining the firm, Maddison worked as a paralegal in a regional barristers’ chambers, where she assisted two senior barristers and gained significant experience in criminal, civil and coronial proceedings.

Maddison has a particular interest in criminal defence work.

Outside of work, Maddison enjoys reading, socialising with friends and spending time outdoors.
