Rachael joined Gilshenan & Luton in 2026.
Prior to joining Gilshenan & Luton, Rachael worked at Crown Law following her admission as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in April 2020.
Rachael worked across a broad range of personal injury matters and has developed particular experience in advising government agencies on complex and sensitive matters.
Over the past six years at Crown Law, Rachael has assisted on a variety of complex and high-value matters, working closely with counsel, agencies and key stakeholders to achieve strategic and practical outcomes.
Prior to her admission, Rachael worked across various insurers in claims management, where she gained extensive experience in liability assessment, policy interpretation and the strategic resolution of claims. This background provides her with valuable insight into both litigated and pre-litigation matters.
Rachael maintains strong professional relationships with her clients and is dedicated to delivering thorough, considered and outcome-focused advice.
Outside of work, Rachael enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and exploring the cafés across Brisbane.
