Sarah joined Gilshenan & Luton in 2024 as a paralegal before commencing as a Law Graduate in July 2026, having graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours).

During her time with the firm, Sarah has gained experience across a broad range of criminal, regulatory and coronial matters. She has worked closely with solicitors on significant and complex cases, assisting with legal research, case preparation, evidence analysis and client matters.

Sarah has contributed to matters involving criminal defence, professional disciplinary proceedings, workplace investigations, coronial inquests and regulatory investigations and prosecutions. Through this work, she has developed strong analytical skills, attention to detail and an appreciation of the practical and strategic considerations involved in complex litigation and investigations.

Prior to joining Gilshenan & Luton, Sarah worked as a paralegal at a boutique commercial law firm, where she gained experience in conveyancing and property law matters.

Sarah is known for her thoughtful approach, strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality work. She enjoys working on complex matters that require careful analysis and practical problem-solving.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys travelling, spending time with friends and staying active.
